Public Health Advice for Schools
This is the most recent public health advice published for schools. From February 2021 parents must complete a Return to Educational Facility Declaration Form before a child comes back to school following an absence. We are using the Aladdin Connect App to collect this information, however copies of the form can be downloaded below.
For students who suffer with chronic conditions it is advised that the parent complete the Chronic Symptoms Parental Declaration Form and send it into the school office.
